Un pacchetto di forza rapidamente installato

Il nuovo attuatore doppio di Stabilus Powerise

Grazie alla sua ultima innovazione nel settore degli attuatori elettromeccanici Stabilus Powerise si e’ gia’ creata molti nuovi amici tra i produttori di reti per letti e di letti di confort.

Non c’e’ da stupirsi: difficilmente, infatti,  puo’ essere trovato un attuatore che sia ancora piu’ rapido da montarsi e semplice da azionarsi del nuovo PR D30 che è stato presentato in occasione del Sicam 2010.

Un nuovo pezzo forte arriva dal reparto sviluppo di Stabilus Powerise.

L’ultimo nato della famiglia degli attuatori doppi destinati alla regolazione automatica di reti per letti rappresenta una vera e propria innovazione tecnica.

Estremamente semplice da montare, completamente integrato ed altamente efficiente in relazione all’energia; grazie a queste sue carattestiche il PR D30 e’ divenuto ben presto il beniamino dei designer di letti.

Gia’ solo il fatto che questa unita’ completa, che non richiede manutenzione, possa essere montata con pochi gesti su tutte le meccaniche correnti e che possa sostituire attuatori doppi di quasi tutti gli altri produttori,  la rende un’alternativa sicuramente economica.

‘’Nel caso di PR D30 non parliamo nemmeno piu’ di montaggio in quanto il suo alloggiamento in plastica compatto si inserisce nella meccanica della rete con estrema facilita’ e senza che sia necessario alcun attrezzo’’, queste le parole del Sig. Martin Milinski, manager del prodotto.

Integrato ed efficiente in relazione all’energia

Gli ingegneri di Powerise hanno messo ulteriormente in pratica il principio dell’integrazione delle funzioni: il PR D30 non dispone di trasformatore esterno!

Esattamente come il pacchetto batterie dell’abbassamento di emergenza (optional), il trasformatore si trova ora direttamente nell’alloggiamento dell’attuatore doppio.

Quindi piu’ nessun groviglio di cavi sotto il letto e nemmeno un elemento separato che occupi spazio.

Un altro punto di forza di PR D30 e’ la sua efficienza in relazione all’energia.

Gli ingegneri Powerise sono infatti riusciti non solo a portare il consumo di corrente in situazione di stand by quasi a zero ma anche a fare in modo che il consumo di corrente durante l’uso sia ridotto al minimo.

Leggero e flessibile

L’attuatore doppio di piccole dimensioni e di peso ottimizzato PR D10 e’ combinabile con tutte le meccaniche per reti comunemente reperibili sul mercato.

Il montaggio avviene ruotando semplicemente l’alloggiamento tra gli assi della meccanica.

Il PR D10 ha, con i suoi 692 x 160 x 84 mm (lunghezza x larghezza x altezza), delle misure di ingombro molto compatte ma fornisce comunque delle prestazioni rilevanti: con fino a 300 Nm  in corsa a vuoto porta la pediera fino ad un’inclinazione di 51° in soli 11 secondi e lo schienale fino ad un’inclinazione di 70° in soli 14 secondi. PR D10 viene comandato da una pulsantiera priva di corrente il cui sistema a due tasti e’ di utilizzo assolutamente confortevole.

L’attuatore doppio PR D11 dispone, come PR D10, di un alloggiamento compatto ma puo’ essere comandato tanto da una pulsantiera collegata con cavo quanto da un radiocomando.

Il sistema di radiocomando e’ tanto confortevole quanto lo puo’ essere un’intelligente soluzione wireless: il ricevitore e’ integrato nel trasformatore e non richiede quindi batterie – l’approvvigionamento di corrente avviene direttamente dalla rete.

In ogni caso il produttore delle reti o dei letti puo’ scegliere quale trasformatore e quale sistema di comando preferisce combinare all’attuatore doppio.

PR D10, PR D11 ed il nuovo PR D30 sono adatti a meccaniche con distanza tra gli assi di 581 mm.

La possibilita’ di realizzare larghezze di meccanica a piacere

L’attuatore doppio PR D20, che ha dimensioni leggermente superiori con i suoi 721 x 165,5 x 103,5 mm (lunghezza x larghezza x altezza) , puo’ ugualmente essere equipaggiato con il radiocomando.

Il suo alloggiamento e’ concepito in modo altamente funzionale, tanto da poter essere montato a piacere in ogni punto degli assi di regolazione ( 25 x 25 mm).

Stabilus Powerise ha definito, esattamente sulla base di PR D20, una meccanica in set con una distanza assi di 581 mm.

Gli assi inseribili a scatto rendono possibile un completo smontaggio della meccanica che puo’, in questo modo, essere piu’ comodamente immagazzinata e trasportata.

Inoltre il produttore del letto puo’ creare delle

larghezze a piacere accorciando gli assi.

Il PR D20 posiziona in corsa a vuoto una pediera in 12 secondi ad un’inclinazione di 51° ed una testiera in 17 secondi ad un’inclinazione di 70°.

Tutti gli attuatori doppi della famiglia Powerise sono molto silenziosi e corrispondono gia’ oggi alle direttive di design ecologico della UE per il 2014!

An Easy-to-Install Power Pack

The new dual drive from Stabilus Powerise

With its latest innovation in the area of electromagnetic adjustment drives, Stabilus Powerise should become the darling of bed and slatted bedframe manufacturers.

There is hardly a dual drive out there that installs faster and is easier to operate than the PR D30, which was presented at this year’s SICAM.

The development department of Stabilus Powerise has come up with quite a powerhouse.

The most recent addition to the family of dual drives for the adjustment of slatted bedframes is a true technical innovation:

Extremely easy to install, fully integrated and extremely energy-efficient – this should make the PR D30 the new favorite of bed designers.

These maintenance-free, integrated units can be installed in all commercial fittings in no time and can be used to replace dual drives from almost all manufacturers – this fact alone makes them an economically attractive alternative.

“With the PR D30, we don’t even call it installation anymore, since its compact plastic housing can be inserted quickly and easily – no tools required – into the fitting of the bedframe, thanks to an integrated closer,” says Product Manager Martin Milinski.

Integrated and energy-efficient

The Powerise development engineers have implemented the concept of integrating functions in other places as well:

The PR D30 no longer has an external transformer!

It is now integrated in the housing of the dual drive, just like the battery pack for the (optional) auxiliary lowering feature.

No more cable mess under your bed and no space-hogging additional device.

Another big, fat plus of the PR D30 is its energy efficiency.

What’s more intriguing – not only did the Powerise developers succeed in lowering power consumption in stand-by-mode to next to nothing, but even in operation, its power requirement is minimal.

Light-weight and flexible

The small PR D10 dual drive has been optimized for weight and can be combined with all standard slatted bed frame fittings.

The housing is placed between the rotating axes of the slatted bedframe fittings by ”twisting” it in, allowing for simple and easy installation.

And with its dimensions of 692 x 160 x 84 mm (L x W x H), the PR D10 is extremely compact, while its performance specifications are quite impressive:

In no-load conditions, it will tilt the foot section of the slatted frame up to 51° in just 11 seconds, producing up to 300 Nm; the backrest section can be brought up to a 70° tilt in only 14 seconds.

It is operated via a non-electric manual switch with a comfortable and convenient two-button control.

The PR D11 dual drive features the compact housing of the PR D10, but it can be combined both with wired standard switches as well as a radio control.

The radio control is a wireless solution that is both user-friendly and smart:

Since the receiver is integrated into the transformer, it does not require a battery, as it is supplied directly from the grid.

The bed or slatted bedframe manufacturers can choose which transformer or operating concept (wire or radio) to combine the dual drive with. PR D10, the PR D11 and the new PR D30 fit fittings with center distances of 581 mm.

Customized fitting widths can be realized

Also available with a radio system is the PR D20, a slightly bigger dual drive with outer dimensions of 721 x 165.5 x 103.5 mm (L x W x H).

It features a highly functional housing design that can be installed anywhere on the adjustment axes (25 x 25 mm).

To match the PR D20 exactly, Stabilus Powerise also offers a fitting kit for a center distance of 581 mm. Thanks to the plug-in axes, the fitting can be completely disassembled for storage and transport. In addition, bed manufacturers can realize custom-tailored fitting widths by shortening the axes.

In no-load conditions, the PR D20 will tilt a foot section up to 51° in 12 seconds, and a head section to 70° in just 17 seconds.

All dual drives in the Powerise family are very quiet and they already meet the European ecodesign directives for 2014!
