Pircher: natura e passione in 80 anni di emozioni.

Nel 1928 a Dobbiaco in Val Pusteria, Josef Pircher inizia un percorso lavorativo segnato da una autentica passione per la natura, in una terra ricca di tradizione. A Josef, nel 1956, si affianca il figlio Reinhard che con gli anni amplia e diversifica la produzione.

Pircher Oberland Spa - industria nel settore legno - oggi è leader nella progettazione, fabbricazione e distribuzione d’arredi e strutture in legno per esterno e civile abitazione. Opera con successo nel settore del fai da te, dell’arredamento da giardino e delle strutture in legno lamellare con giusto equilibrio tra tradizione e innovazione. Conta attualmente 177 dipendenti, ha 5 stabilimenti suddivisi in Alto Adige, Emilia Romagna e Lombardia e 4 divisioni commerciali.

Alla base della filosofia aziendale sta il profondo rispetto per la natura, l’ambiente e la costante ricerca di armonia come natura insegna. La stretta relazione tra Pircher e il mondo del design viene “ratificato” nel corso del 2007, anno in cui l’azienda si associa all’ADI e raggiunge importanti risultati, organizzando un concorso internazionale di design.

Altro motivo di orgoglio per l’azienda Pircher, la struttura ombreggiante Q-Big è stata inserita nel volume ADI Design INDEX 2007, la più’ prestigiosa rassegna di design internazionale. Nel 2008, altro motivo di orgoglio per l’azienda Pircher, la struttura ombreggiante Q-Big (designer Martin Metz) riceve il premio “Segnalazione Compasso d’Oro”.

NASCE MOVIT, IL BRAND DELLE CASE MOBILI

Pircher Oberland presenta le nuove unità abitative mobili Picher Oberland, storica azienda altoatesina specializzata nella produzione di arredi, strutture e semilavorati in legno, annuncia con orgoglio la nascita del nuovo brand MOVIT, marchio nato per la realizzazione e la commercializzazione delle nuove unità abitative mobili.

Forte di una lunga esperienza anche nel settore della prefabbricazione di pregio con il progetto PLANIT, Pircher Oberland presenta quattro innovativi modelli di case mobili, rivolte prevalentemente al settore dei villaggi turistici di alta qualità.

Il progetto MOVIT, la cui direzione artistica complessiva è stata affidata ad Hangar Design Group - network internazionale di design e comunicazione premiato recentemente all’Expo di Shanghai sul tema mobile houses - rilegge in chiave contemporanea il rapporto tra architettura e territorio, sviluppando prodotti capaci di fondersi totalmente con i diversi insediamenti turistico-ricettivi nel pieno rispetto degli equilibri e dell’armonia ambientale, garantendo il massimo del comfort e della qualità residenziale.

I modelli che MOVIT propone - Sunset, Moonriver e Coral – progettati direttamente da Hangar Design Group - e Belville - progettato dall’Architetto Matteo Astolfi - offrono soluzioni funzionali ed innovative, in un quadro generale di massima affidabilità e qualità abitativa.

Diverse per canoni estetici, design e organizzazione dello spazio interno, le quattro case mobili - tutte delle medesime dimensioni - nascono per adattarsi perfettamente alle diverse situazioni turistico-ambientali valorizzando le strutture ricettive che le ospitano.

Pircher Oberland ha voluto fortemente che la nuova release della casa mobile avesse la certificazione CasaClima, il prestigioso riconoscimento che attesta la produzione delle case mobili secondo criteri di assoluta compatibilità ambientale in termini di certificazione energetica e di sostenibilità ambientale.

L’azienda importa il legno esclusivamente dai Paesi europei che applicano rigide politiche di gestione forestale sostenibile, e successivamente applica procedimenti di lavorazione ecologici capaci di esaltare le qualità della materia, mantenendone intatta la naturalezza.

Pircher Oberland, con il progetto MOVIT, ha saputo tradurre la tradizione locale di lavorazione della materia prima in un know-how progettuale eccellente e contemporaneo, che gli ha permesso di esplorarne tutte le

potenzialità in tema di prefabbricazione.

It was in 1928, at Dobbiaco in Val Pusteria, that Josef Pircher began a business venture underscored by a genuine love of nature, in an area rich in tradition. Josef’s son Reinhard joined him in 1956, and gradually expanded and diversified the company’s output over the years.

The timber specialist Pircher Oberland Spa now leads the field in the design, manufacture and distribution of wooden furnishings and structures for outdoor use and homes. It operates successfully in the DIY, garden furniture and laminated wood structure sectors, with the right blend of tradition and innovation.

It currently employs 177 people and has 5 plants in Italy’s Alto Adige, Emilia Romagna and Lombardy regions and 4 sales divisions.

Pircher Oberland presents the new mobile housing units

Picher Oberland, the historic company from Italy’s Alto Adige Region specialising in the production of wooden furniture, structure and building materials, is proud to announce the birth of the new MOVIT brand, created to cover the construction and sale of its new mobile housing units.

Drawing on its experience gained in the quality prefabricated buildings sector with the PLANIT project, Pircher Oberland presents four innovative mobile home models, intended mainly for the high-end holiday village market.

The MOVIT project, under the overall artistic direction of the Hangar Design Group – an international design and communications network that was recently a prize-winner in the mobile homes area at the Shanghai Expo - offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the relationship between architecture and landscape, developing products capable of completely blending into a wide variety of holiday locations without detriment to environmental equilibrium and harmony, while guaranteeing outstanding residential comfort and quality.

The models offered by MOVIT - Sunset, Moonriver and Coral – directly designed by the Hangar Design Group - and Belville – designed by Matteo Astolfi – offer functional, innovative solutions against a background of exceptional reliability and quality.

Differing in style, design and interior layout, the four mobile homes – all of the same size – have been created to adapt perfectly to the different holiday and environmental contexts, adding value to the facilities where they are installed.

Pircher Oberland has been determined to ensure that the new mobile home release would hold CasaClima certification, the prestige approval confirming that the mobile homes have been produced in accordance with criteria of absolute environmental compatibility in terms of energy and environmental sustainability certification.

The company imports its wood exclusively from European countries that apply strict sustainable forest management policies, and then applies environment-friendly processes that enhance all the material’s qualities, keeping its naturalness intact.

In the MOVIT project, Pircher Oberland has successfully transformed the local wood-working tradition into outstanding contemporary design knowhow, enabling it to explore all the resulting potential for prefabrication.
