Le superfici cambiano pelle. Gli ambienti cambiano stile.

Un'anima morbida racchiusa nella forza di una materia resistente: la pelle. E' la proposta a firma Nextep Leathers di Priante Pelleitaliana, in esposizione al Cersaie 2010 (Bologna, 28/09 - 2/10/2010).

L'azienda di Maranello, che unisce creatività e tecnologia in prodotti innovativi per l'architettura e l'interior design, propone una nuova serie di piastrelle in pelle per pavimenti e rivestimenti, che amplia i confini della progettazione di interni.

"Elegance", questo il nome della novità a marchio Nextep, nasce per soddisfare le esigenze del mondo contract, unendo un look contemporaneo ad elevate performance di resistenza, affidabilità e durata nel tempo.

Complementare alle altre serie in gamma, è più resistente alle macchie, più semplice nella manutenzione, più versatile nelle applicazioni.

Grazie ai nuovi requisiti tecnici, consente a progettisti e contractors di estendere gli ambiti di applicabilità a spazi nei quali l'utilizzo della pelle è generalmente visto con cautela: cucine, zone giorno, camere d’albergo, uffici, negozi e spazi commerciali.

Si tratta di superfici realizzate in vera pelle, la cui qualità è radicata nella migliore tradizione conciaria italiana e nelle solide competenze tecnologiche acquisite in cinquant'anni di attività dalla Conceria Priante, azienda partner. Per questo, garantiscono elevate prestazioni tecniche e sofisticati effetti stilistici, all'insegna di un'ottima vivibilità tra atmosfere calde e ovattate.

Disponibili anche in formati di grandi dimensioni, fino a 120x120cm, le piastrelle Elegance valorizzano la grana della pelle, con finitura lucida e trasparente, e consentono di "vestire" ambienti pubblici e privati con calore elegante, spaziando dal pavimento alla parete.

La pelle è accoppiata ad un supporto in gres, che assicura massima solidità del pavimento e facilità di posa, al pari di una piastrella in ceramica; o in alternativa ad un supporto in pvc, che consente la posa in opera anche su pavimenti esistenti.

L'interpretazione cromatica asseconda con versatilità le più ampie declinazioni progettuali: la paletta colori comprende dieci tonalità, naturali e stonalizzate, per ambientare la contemporaneità, ma a progettisti e contractors è offerta la possibilità di personalizzare i colori in base al progetto da realizzare.

Hotel, residence, loft, spa, wellness centre, office, showroom, stand... Sia nel caso di ambienti dalle strutture rigorose e modernissime, sia nel caso di architetture dalle linee più classiche e ricercate, Elegance si inserisce con stile naturale in ogni spazio, portando con sé tutto il fascino che la pelle sa esprimere come elemento decorativo.

Pulizia

Per una pulizia quotidiana del pavimento in pelle, è sufficiente passare l'aspirapolvere e/o un panno inumidito in acqua.

Per una pulizia più profonda, è disponibile il kit di pulizia di Nextep Leathers, composto da un "Cleaner", per togliere eventuali macchie e pulire in profondità il pavimento, un "Protector", per nutrire la pelle e mantenerne l'idrorepellenza.

ELEGANCE SERIES

Surfaces... a change of skin... a new dimension of interiors.

A soft heart enclosed within a strong, resistant material: leather. A product designed by Nextep Leathers from Priante Pelleitaliana, on display at CERSAIE 2010 (Bologna, 28/09 - 2/10/2010).

This company based in Maranello, which combines creativity with technology to produce innovative products for architecture and interior design, is extending the boundaries of interior design by offering a new range of leather tiles for floors and walls.

This new product under the Nextep trademark is called "Elegance" and has been developed to meet the requirements in the contract furnishing sector. It combines a contemporary look with high levels of performance, resistance, reliability and durability.

Developed to complement the other series in the range, "Elegance" offers greater resistance to staining, easier maintenance and a more versatile range of applications. New technical developments now enable designers, planners and contractors to extend the scope of applications to areas in which the use of leather is generally used with a great deal of caution: kitchens, living rooms, hotel rooms, offices, shops and commercial settings.

The tile’s surface is covered with real quality leather, produced in accordance with the best Italian tanning traditions and sound technological practices that Conceria Priante, their business partner, have acquired over the fifty years they have been in business. This guarantees they can offer high technical performance and sophisticated styles and textures, offering an excellent quality of life in warm, muffled ambiances.

Elegance tiles are also available in large-sized formats, up to 120x120cm. Shiny, transparent finishes enhance the grain of the leather, resulting in tiles that give an elegant warmth to both the floors and walls of public and private settings.

The tiles are composed of leather bonded to a stoneware base to give the flooring maximum solidity; this also makes them just as easy to lay as ceramic tiles; alternatively they are available with a PVC base which also allows them to be laid over an existing floor.

The range of versatile colours available provides scope for a vast array of design interpretations: ten natural shades, with each tile presenting its own unique colouring, create a contemporary feel. Moreover, designers, planners and contractors may customise colours to suit their project requirements.

Cleaning

Daily cleaning of the leather flooring is carried out simply by vacuuming, and/or a cloth dampened with water.

For a deeper clean, there is a Nextep Leathers cleaning kit, comprising the "Cleaner", to remove stains, if any, and clean the floor deep down, and the "Protector", to nourish the leather and maintain its water repellency.
