LU murano è il brand che contraddistingue il Design della vetreria Fornasier Luigi Snc. Opere raffinate ed esclusive, frutto di anni di ricerca e sperimentazioni mirate a coniugare un design moderno e innovativo con le più tradizionali ed antiche tecniche di lavorazione dei maestri vetrai muranesi. I lampadari della collezione LU murano sono disegnati e realizzati a mano dal Maestro Fabio Fornasier, in vetro soffiato, presso la sua fornace a Murano, e sono disponibili in varie misure e in oltre 20 diverse colorazioni.

Grazie alla vulcanica creatività del maestro Fabio Fornasier, il 2010, oltre ad aver portato in aziend a il primo premio per il design , vinto al “U.K . Lighting design awards 2010”, ha visto l’ingresso nella Collezione LU-MURANO di due nuovi modelli: il “cLUb“ ed il “LUngo“. Il “cLUb“ è una sospensione, modulabile e sviluppabile orizzontalmente, espressamente ideata e realizzata, per l’illuminazione delle zone bar di clubs, hotels, restaurants e residenze private. Il modello base ha 60 elementi.

L’ultimo nato della Collezione LU-MUR ANO, il “LUngo“, è un lampadario, anch’esso modulabile, che si sviluppa verticalmente. Il modello base è realizzato su tre livelli, dai diametri contenuti (cm. 80, cm. 60, cm. 50), e con 36 elementi in vetro soffiato e acidato, 12 per livello. Il modello “LUngo” è la soluzione ideale, per chi è alla ricerca di un punto luce non tradizionale. Ogni lampadario della collezione LU murano è un pezzo unico: ciascun elemento che lo compone è realizzato esclusivamente a mano e non riproducibile in modo identico.

LU murano is the brand that sets apart the design of the Fornasier Luigi Snc glass factory. Fine and exclusive pieces, the result of years of research and experimentation conducted to blend modern innovative design with traditional and ancient glass-making techniques of the Murano master craftsmen. The chandeliers of the LU murano collection are designed and handcrafted by master craftsman Fabio Fornasier, in blown glass, made exclusively at his Murano factory. The chandeliers come in a number of sizes and in more than 20 different colours.

Thanks to the explosive creativity of master craftsman Fabio Fornasier, the year 2010 not only marked the year the company won its first design award at the “U.K . Ligh ti ng Design Award 2010 ”, it also welcome two brand new models in the LU-MURANO Collection - the “cLUb ” and the “LUngo”. “cLUb" is a modular pendant lamp that can be installed horizontally. It was expressly designed and crafted for lighting bar areas of clubs, hotels, restaurants and private homes.

The base model includes 60 parts. Another recent addition to the LU-MURANO collection, “LUngo”, is also a modular chandelier, which is installed vertically. The base model features three tiers of narrow diameter (80 cm. 60 cm. and 50 cm.), 12 pieces per tier in blown and acid finished glass, for a total of 36 parts. “LUngo” is an ideal light for those in search of a unique, non-traditional light source. Every light in the LU murano collection is unique – each of its elements is crafted exclusively by hand and no two are exactly alike.
