Una gamma di prodotti completa per un modo sempre nuovo di pensare e vivere il bagno Jacuzzi® è marchio di riferimento nel settore dell’arredo bagno e leader mondiale per il prodotto idromassaggio e spa. Fa parte di Jacuzzi Brands Corp, affiliata del fondo d’investimento privato Apollo Management L.P. Sede europea di Jacuzzi Brands Corp. è Jacuzzi Europe SpA che opera direttamente in Europa, Africa e Far East attraverso la sede centrale di Valvasone (PN) e numerose filiali e uffici di rappresentanza, indirettamente attraverso una rete di vendita presente in modo capillare su tutti i mercati sopra citati. Jacuzzi Europe SpA conta circa 240 dipendenti e nel 2009 ha sviluppato un fatturato netto di circa 65 milioni di Euro.

La storia di Jacuzzi® inizia nei primissimi anni ’20 quando, dopo aver lavorato nella costruzione di eliche e aeroplani, i fratelli Jacuzzi rivolsero la loro attenzione al mondo dell’agricoltura e, nello specifico, alla realizzazione di sistemi idrici e pompe, settore in cui raggiunsero presto il successo. Era infatti il 1925 quando i fratelli Jacuzzi rivoluzionarono l’industria delle pompe, costruendone un nuovo tipo capace di prelevare acqua dal terreno più di quanto non fosse mai stato fatto prima. Nel 1930, alla Fiera dello Stato della California, l’invenzione di Jacuzzi conquistò la medaglia d’oro, superando l’iniziale scetticismo che la circondava, e da allora il successo di questo progetto diventò inarrestabile.

Fu però in una particolare occasione che nacque la vera rivoluzione. Nel 1956, in seguito alla necessità di terapia di uno dei componenti della famiglia Jacuzzi, dalla loro genialità e conoscenza dell’idraulica scaturì la creazione di una pompa per idroterapia portatile, in pratica un prototipo di impianto per idromassaggio. E’ Roy Jacuzzi, membro della terza generazione della famiglia, che nel 1968 porta questa invenzione ad un altro livello, dando vita alla prima vasca con idromassaggio integrato: la “Roman Bath”, basata su un sistema innovativo di bocchette idromassaggio incorporate nell’architettura di una vasca. Da allora, lo spirito pioneristico di Jacuzzi® e il continuo investimento in ricerca e sviluppo hanno portato l’azienda a diventare leader incontrastato del settore,

Ricercato design ed estetica minimal per le chiusure doccia Jacuzzi®: le Start, estremamente lineari, esaltano la purezza e la trasparenza del vetro trattato con l’esclusivo Cristal Clear Jacuzzi® che ne mantiene nel tempo la brillantezza, abbinabili al piatto doccia Start, disponibile in due altezze, entrambe antiscivolo, resistenti e piacevoli al tatto.

Surface è la gamma di chiusure doccia da 8 mm, caratterizzate da ante scorrevoli che utilizzano nuovi e silenziosi meccanismi e una massima tenuta e stabilità del cristallo nel sistema di accoppiamento della porta scorrevole con la parte fissa. L’abbinamento al piatto doccia Moove, dalle linee semplici e il design distintivo, che sembra nascere dal pavimento con un delicato accenno ovale o circolare, è reso perfetto dalla massima essenzialità e pulizia delle forme, dall’estetica contemporanea in sintonia con uno spazio doccia assolutamente distintivo. Bologna, settembre 2010 – Jacuzzi® si è presentata a CERSAIE 2010 confermando la continua e costante attenzione per il design ricercato e l’innovazione tecnologica al servizio del benessere individuale. Due i prodotti nuovi all’insegna della multisensorialità, rispettivamente nel settore dei box doccia e delle Spa, presentati quest’anno:

• Frame, nuovo concept di box doccia, coniuga un design pulito e minimale al comfort e alla completezza delle funzioni necessarie al benessere: bagno turco, cascata energizzante, effetto pioggia, doccia colori e azioni aroma-terapeutiche.

Folia, la nuova nata della famiglia Young

Versatilità ed elevata funzionalità anche negli spazi più ridotti

Jacuzzi® amplia la gamma delle vasche della famiglia Young con un nuovo modello: Folia, realizzata in collaborazione con l’Istituto Europeo di Design (IED). Compatta negli ingombri esterni, sorprendentemente accogliente all’interno, Folia reinterpreta in chiave evolutiva la tradizione della famiglia Young, capace di unire versatilità ed estrema funzionalità anche negli spazi più ridotti, adattandosi ad ogni esigenza e disponibilità. Forme pure ed ergonomiche per permettere al corpo una posizione comoda all’interno della vasca e consentire ai getti d’acqua massaggianti la perfetta riuscita. Il posizionamento delle bocchette in Folia, infatti, non è casuale ma è il frutto di un attento studio del corpo umano e della circolazione sanguigna per garantire un massaggio che oltre a donare piacevoli sensazioni sia anche terapeutico.

Folia vanta un’elevata tecnologia senza compromettere estetica e design: linee essenziali ed eleganti che si adattano a ogni tipo di bagno e garantiscono la massima comodità, sicurezza, perfetta maneggevolezza, semplicità d’uso e di manutenzione. La collezione MOOVE esprime un linguaggio emozionante, fluido e funzionale, con il quale Marco Piva studia e crea soluzioni intrise di libertà stilistica e sobrietà compositiva, raggiungendo nei suoi progetti una perfezione tattile e visiva che tramuta l’esperienza sensoriale in piacere spirituale. Piatti doccia

Il piatto doccia sembra nascere dal pavimento con un delicato accenno a una forma organica, ovale o circolare, che rappresenta il tratto distintivo di design coerente con gli altri elementi della MOOVE Collection. Una prospettiva estetica innovativa, dai volumi ridotti al minimo e dalle proporzioni essenziali e armoniose: sintesi felice di un design che esalta la funzionalità, grazie ad un esatto studio di superfici e pendenze interne che garantiscono un perfetto deflusso dell’acqua verso lo scarico centrale. Il piatto doccia MOOVE è disponibile nelle due versioni acrilico bianco lucido e satinato e presenta una duplice tipologia di installazione, sovrapiastrella o filo pavimento. La semplicità di installazione, inoltre, lo rende particolarmente adatto sia alle ristrutturazioni che alle nuove costruzioni.

Vasche da bagno

La vasca da bagno della MOOVE Collection nasce con un design semplice ed essenziale. Alla semplicità delle forme del disegno interno, progettato per garantire il massimo comfort, si combina la riconoscibilità dell’estetica dei pannelli esterni, che riprendono il leitmotiv del progetto: l’interazione degli elementi su un piano che creano una vibrazione della materia, riproducendo il movimento sinuoso di un’onda. Il pannello è infatti caratterizzato da una forma ondulata e irregolare ed è disponibile sia come frontale, per installazione a nicchia, sia in forma angolare in unico pezzo per installazione ad angolo. Disponibili in versione built-in, freestanding ad angolo e freestanding a nicchia, le vasche da bagno Moove sono realizzate in acrilico bianco lucido e acrilico bianco satinato, con i pannelli in finitura bianco lucido.

Lavabi

Il lavabo MOOVE riprende e si coordina perfettamente con il motivo del piatto doccia. Su un piano in Techstone bianco prende forma la bacinella del lavabo (77x45cm): una forma organica ovale che esalta le caratteristiche percettive del materiale. Il lavabo si configura come un sistema modulare, che consente di ottenere 25 diverse soluzioni. E’ possibile infatti combinare il lavabo nelle due misure 120x50cm e 90x50cm (destro e sinistro, con o senza foro rubinetteria) con differenti soluzioni di mobile: senza cassetto con altezza 10cm e con cassetto e altezza 25cm. Entrambe le soluzioni di mobile sono disponibili in finitura bianco e nero laccato lucido E’ prevista inoltre una soluzione di lavabo vanity (semincasso senza mobile) da combinare con piani personalizzati.

La sauna prevede i programmi Biosauna (60°), Sauna Romana (70°-75°) e Sauna Finlandese (90°); la doccia emozionale prevede Pioggia fine, Pioggia Tropicale e Nebbia Fredda; l’hammam infine i programmi Tepidarium (35°-40°), Calidarium (45°-48°) e Hammam (40°-45°). A ciascuna delle impostazioni è a bbinata una sequenza colore prestabilita ma che può essere bloccata dall’utente attraverso la funzione “blocco colore”. Sense nasce dall’intento di donare al bagno una visione più romantica della doccia. Una paretina in cristallo serigrafato con un’allure decisamente aggraziata, ma con un’impostazione rigida che rispecchia appieno le nuove tendenze del gusto nell’arredo bagno. Eleganti e minimali nei dettagli, il soffione e il tubo raccordato della parte superiore della paretina diventano elementi iconici della rubinetteria classica, in contrasto con la parte inferiore di Sense, dedicata al trattamento del corpo. Una lamina in vetro nero accoglie i sofisticati getti per il massaggio, donando all’oggetto un linguaggio più contemporaneo e geometrico. Jacuzzi® is a brand of reference in the bathroom furniture sector, and world leading company for whirlpool massage and SPA products. The company is part of Jacuzzi Brands Corp, an affiliate to the private investment fund Apollo Management L.P. The European office of Jacuzzi Brands Corp. is Jacuzzi Europe SpA, who operates directly in Europe, Africa and the Far East from its headquarters at Valvasone (PN) and many branches and offices, and indirectly from a sales network present across all the above markets. Jacuzzi Europe SpA has approximately 240 employees and in 2009 it had a net turnover of approximately 65 million Euro.

The Jacuzzi® story started at the beginning of the 1920's when, after having worked in the construction of propellers and planes, the Jacuzzi brothers turned their attention to the world of agriculture and, specifically, to constructing water systems and pumps; very quickly they became successful. Indeed it was in 1925 that the Jacuzzi brothers revolutionised the pump industry by building a new type of pump that could collect much more water from the soil than had been possible before. In 1930, the invention was awarded the gold medal at the California State Fair, overcoming the initial scepticism that surrounded it, and since then the success of this project was unstoppable. However it was in one particular occasion that the true revolution began. In 1956, as a result of one of the Jacuzzi family members requiring therapy, from their ingenuity and knowledge of hydraulics, the brothers created a pump for portable hydrotherapy, in practice a prototype of a whirlpool massage system. In 1968 Roy Jacuzzi, a third generation member of the family, brought this invention to another level, creating the first integrated whirlpool massage tub: the “Roman Bath”, based on an innovative system of whirlpool massage nozzles incorporated into the architecture of a tub.

Since then the Jacuzzi® pioneering spirit and the continued investment in research and development have made the company the undisputed industry leader, constantly innovating the technology and continuing on its path of total exploration of the concept of “wellness”, applied both to the home, to the outdoors and to the professional sector. From the first “Roman Bath”, to the “curved” tubs, from shower enclosures to mini-pools, to sanitaryware, up to the new Moove Collection, a complete range of simple, distinctive and functional bathroom elements, according to a philosophy of concept bathroom, the commitment in ensuring an incredibly high quality standard has not changed, transforming Jacuzzi® products into places of physical and psychological wellbeing.

The simplicity of the shapes of the internal design is contrasted by the recognisability of the panels, which draw on the project's leitmotiv, reproducing the sinuous movement of a wave The Jacuzzi® shower enclosures are not just an alternative to the whirlpool bath, but also a different way of thinking and living an experience of wellness without equal. Wide and bright spaces, freedom of movement, comfort and regeneration, thanks to the various equipment of the shower enclosures such as vertical, dorsal, lumbar whirlpool massage, cascade shower for an incredibly pleasurable massage to shoulders, hot and cold shower with its revitalising jets. Soft shapes, a minimalist design and high performances combine in the new Delos Spa to offer a cosy and safe embrace to those looking for superlative self-care, pampered by the unique wellness sensation provided by a Jacuzzi® hydromassage, Delos features the use of first-class materials, maximum interior liveability and, above all, very accurate finishes. In fact, the new Jacuzzi® Spa can be customised by choosing from the various colours available for the tub: white, pearlescent silver, pearlescent ocean blue and twilight for an even more exclusive experience.

Perfect relaxation of body and mind are the sensations and emotions offered by Delos, a spa with an essential personality suitable for indoor and outdoor use and capable of blending clean-cut, minimalist lines with utmost comfort ensured by the large and comfortable lounge seat, the 3 optional headrests and the soft cushion. Thus a harmonious concept is born, that can be recognised throughout the components of an exclusive design that is simple yet functional, in which every product is unique and distinctive and at the same time contributes to add value to the whole. The MOOVE collection expresses a moving, fluid and functional language with which Marco Piva designs and creates solutions steeped in stylistic freedom and compositional simplicity, achieving a tactile and visual perfection in these designs that changes a sensory experience into a spiritual pleasure.

The result is an elegant and linear language which greatly appeals to perception and emotions. The same cleanliness dedicated to the elegance and functionality sought after by Jacuzzi® for all its creations, always in the pursuit of new concepts of wellness. Therefore Jacuzzi® continues its search towards new horizons of wellness with a unique concept that renews aesthetical conventions in which light, materials and water interact and press on the plane, modelling its surface which takes on new forms. The new approach to wellness arises out of a geometrical and spatial study: no longer storage units, base units and surfaces, but rather fluid movements of materials. Shower trays, bathtubs, washbasins and now also a mirror that contribute to transform the bathroom into a synaesthetic environment, where space and time merge and the different elements combine in a complete balance of shapes and materials, gifting a wellness experience that is enriched with emotions that involve all the senses, in a synthesis which is simultaneously functional, rational, aesthetical and ecstatic. Shower trays The shower tray appears to rise out of the floor with a delicate hint of an organic form, oval or round, which represents the distinctive design feature, consistent with the other elements of the MOOVE Collection. An innovative aesthetical view, with minimal volumes and essential and harmonious proportions: the happy synthesis of a design that exalts functionality, thanks to a careful study of surfaces and internal slopes that ensure a perfect runoff of water towards the central drain. The MOOVE shower tray is available in two versions: gloss white acrylic and satin white acrylic and it presents a double type of installation: over the tiles or flush to the floor. In addition, the fact that it is very easy to install makes it particularly suitable for both renovation projects and new buildings.

Bathtubs The MOOVE Collection bathtub is born with a simple and essential design. The simplicity of the internal design shapes, created to ensure maximum comfort, is combined with the distinctive appearance of the exterior panels that draw on the project's leitmotiv: the interaction of elements across a plane that make the material vibrate, reproducing the sinuous movement of a wave. In fact, the panel has an irregular and undulating shape and is available both as a front panel, for installation in a recess, or in a single piece for corner installations. Available in the built-in, corner freestanding and recessed freestanding versions, the Moove bathtubs are in gloss white acrylic and satin white acrylic with gloss white finished panels.

Basins The MOOVE basin draws from the design of the shower tray and matches it perfectly. On a white Techstone surface, the basin bowl takes shape (77x45cm) in an organic oval form that sets off the material's perceptive features. The basin is part of a modular system that allows for the formation of 21 different solutions. It is in fact possible to match the basin, available in the two 120x50cm and 90x50cm sizes (right and left versions, with or without tap holes), with different units: without a drawer in a height of 10cm or with a drawer in a height of 25cm. Both units are available in gloss black and white finishes. There is also a vanity basin (semi recessed without a unit) that can be combined with customised tops..

A contemporary design, high performance and installation flexibility make SASHA a wellness centre characterised by a new concept of comfort, transforming the space dedicated to bathing into a more shared dimension, closer to the idea of thermal baths, in which we can live in harmony with our physical and psychological sensations. Uniqueness and exclusivity, modularity and compact space, these are the features of Jacuzzi®'s new creation. SASHA is a unique product made up of three modules: a sauna, an emotional shower and a hammam; these constitute a real wellness space which, in a little more than 8 square metres encapsulates a Spa for the home, an object that encapsulates professional wellness and that transfers it into a private and intimate home dimension. Contemporary forms, clean lines, minimalist aesthetic enrich the elegance of SASHA, constructed with pure materials, such as timber, chrome, glass and prized finishes that fit in perfectly into all furniture styles.

The aesthetical and design features are joined by an innovative technological element represented by a simple and easy to use interface, an exclusive feature of all Jacuzzi® solutions. The SASHA modules have been created to be on their own or in combination such to obtain different configurations, suitable for all spaces. Each module is equipped with an intuitive and user friendly touch screen which allows you to choose between three programmes that have been designed with the collaboration of medical experts to obtain the best therapeutic benefits.

The sauna has the programmes Biosauna (60°), Roman Sauna (70°-75°) and Finnish Sauna (90°); the emotional shower has Fine Rain, Tr opical Rain and Cold Spray; finally the hammam has the programmes Tepidarium (35°-40°), Cal idarium (45°-48°) and Hammam (40°-45°). Each setting is matched with a preset co lour sequence which can be blocked by the user through the “colour block” function. In addition the emotional shower is equipped with wide shower heads and a vigorous cascade, whilst an audio system (MP3/MP4 Sony Bluetooth) is available as an option for the sauna and hammam modules. Finally lighting is provided by the RGB LEDs located inside the seat and on parts of the boiserie for sauna and hammam, and on the ceiling of the emotional shower. Sense and Twice: the new wellness for your shower space

Jacuzzi® expands its "Shower space" range, a series of products that give customers maximum freedom and flexibility of choice to experience a customised wellness sensation. Introducing Sense and Twice, the new shower panels developed by Emo Design that unite the expertise and innovation of Jacuzzi® with a contemporary clean and essential design made of minimalism, transparency and prized materials with strong furnishing features. Sense is born from of the intention of giving the bathroom a more romantic view of the shower. A screen-printed glass panel with a decidedly gracious appeal but with a rigid set up that fully fulfils the new trends in bathroom furniture. With its elegant and minimalist details, the showerhead and the connected tube in the top section of the shower panel become iconic elements of classical tap fixtures in contrast with Sense's lower part, dedicated to body treatment. A glass panel encloses the sophisticated massage jets, giving the item a more contemporary and geometrical look.

Twice is the expression of "double-sided" wellness, one for the body and one for the mind. This product isolates and emphasises the main function by separating it visually and materially from the basic and secondary functions. Twice’s design is in fact based on the concept of "separation" and locates all the elements dedicated to treating the body for relaxing moments, such as massage jets and the showerhead, on the left hand side of the panel. This area is defined by wood-effect cladding to project you into the world of wellness, a space made of natural materials and pleasant sensations. Daily shower elements, such as tapware and the handheld shower, are fitted on the right hand side. This part is made entirely of metal and is designed to be in tune with the rituality and practicality of washing the body. Twice is already available with a teak finish and is now also produced in the bleached oak finish version.

Distinctive design and strongly distinguishing contemporary shapes for Sense and Twice, two new solutions that encapsulate all the technology and unique wellness sensation signed by Jacuzzi® and that also feature optimal versatility and simplicity of installation. Sense is available both semi-recessed and back-to-wall; Twice is available in the back-to-wall version but it is above all easy to install when renovating your bathroom thanks to the ample centre to centre distance.

Skin: the perfect balance between form and function
